Roommate cleaning agreement, should I hold I my end when she doesn't? But, offeres to do other things?

My roommate and I have an agreement that would do dishes (an every other day thing) and she would vacuum (once a month) and take out the trash (once a week). Now she has been good on taking out the trash, but she hasn't vacuumed for 2 months now. vacuuming is really important to me because of my allergies. Which is why I offered do do her dishes, if she vacuumed. Now, she still hasn't vacuumed and she is moving out next month. She has a bunch of containers (spice jars, flour/sugar canisters, cereal containers, etc.) she wants washed because she is moving out. She says she will mop the hard wood, and vacuum before she leaves in 2 weeks, and she asks me to clean all of her stuff. now I'm not sure what to do. She hasn't cleaned all this time, and now she is asking me to clean stuff now, and she will do some cleaning later. Should I clean it? Should I say something to her? I was getting ready to stop doing her dishes before this came up. But, I really don't want to be passive agressive about it.
