I need help with clothes.?

I am a 17 year old guy and I am getting tired of my current clothes. I am sick of plaid and long sleeve button down shirts. I want to find some thin material polo shirts in dark red. I look best in red but I like black, mostly metal band attire. I need to have an idea where I can find some cool shorts that aren't plaid. I can't find many shirts because I don't look very good in bright clothes. I've tried going to Rue 21, Goody's, Sears, JC Penny's, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Ross. Can anyone give me any ideas or websites that will help me find good clothes?
