Why is my jack dempsey breathing so rapidly?

I have a Jack Dempsey and an Oscar in an aquarium with sand, and plants and rock and double canister filtering. My oscar is breathing normaly but my Jack dempsey is breathing very quckly one breath after the last and im getting worried, i did a test today and all my levels were fine and the co2 was normal. Whats wrong with her?
