Is a FX5 canister filter enough aeration on a 75 gallon aquarium?

i have 5 american cichlids all juvies. what other devices (power head, bubble wall???) would be good for aeration and water movement? (i'm also in the process of getting a 150 gallon and wont have the 75 for much longer)
